Insulated Cast Concrete is similar to ICF but the concrete structure is moved from the middle of the wall to the internal face to eliminate plastering costs. ICC delivers pre-finished internal and external surfaces that requires minimal finishing.

High quality Magnesium Oxide board is used as the internal and external skin, an 8mm gap is left between boards which only needs to be caulked, scraped and painted.
